 Yangbaigen
born in 1958 in Shanghai is the creator of Pan-Trust.
Since 1958, Mr Yang had ever assumed successively the manager of Shanghai
Yinsui Material Supply and Marketing CO., LTD, both president and
general manager of Shanghai Pan-Trust Assets Management CO., LTD and
parent company of Shanghai Baixin Industry Development CO., LTD, president
of Shanghai Pan-Trust Investment Guarantee CO., LTD.
He has ever won many honorary titles including Excellent Friend of
Party building of Shanghai New Economic Group and New Society Group,
II Putuo District Builder of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.
At present, he assumes deputy of NPC of Putuo district, vice-chairman
of Shanghai Federation of Industry & Commerce Steel Chamber of
Commerce (SFICSCC), member of the executive committee of Federation
Of Industry & Commerce of Putuo district, chairman of Yichuan
Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Commerce and Industry of Putuo
district.
